PT PLN Indonesia Power Pangkalan Susu PGU visited Universitas Sumatera Utara on Friday 31 March 2023. At Rector’s audience room on Biro Pusat Administrasi building. This visit is attended by administration manager of PT. PLN Indonesia Pangkalan Susu PGU Sir Evendi Saragih and Legal PLN IP PLTU sir Tri Reza and the public relationof PLTU Pangkalan Susu Sir Muhammad Budi Setiawan.

This audience is greeted by Vice Rector 3 of USU, Prof. Dr. apt Poppy A Z Hasibuan, M.Si, Manager of Global Partnership USU, The Dean and Vice Dean 3 of Engineering faculty, Law faculty, Economic Development faculty the Vice Dean of Mathematics and Natural Science, and the head of Research, Students Creativity and Cooperation Bureau.

The purpose of this audience is to establish a cooperation from both sides, so far PLTU Pangkalan Susu are the largest supplier on the North Sumatera, the Managerial Administration of PT PLN Indonesia Power Pangkalan Susu, Sir Evendi Saragih offers a cooperation by sharing knowledge.

Besides that, both sides will also planned to cooperate on the MBKM partner program, so that the students of USU can get a chance to do an intern in PT PLN Indonesia Power Pangkalan Susu PGU. This is based by readiness of PT PLN Indonesia to give a learning facilities and infrastructures for the students to ccoperate.

Vice Rector 3 hope that intern program can be experienced by many students at USU and PLN Indonesia hope that USU can give a chance for their staff to continue their study. Univeristas Sumatera Utara gave this chance for every staff in PT PLN Indonesia that want to study in Vocational Faculty.
