Medan, Indonesia — October 15, 2024 — Universitas Sumatera Utara continues its strong commitment to fostering an inclusive academic environment by offering a wide range of mentoring, counselling, and peer support programmes designed to support the academic, personal, and professional development of students, staff, and faculty, particularly those from underrepresented groups. These programmes aim to ensure equal access to educational opportunities and provide the necessary support for success within the university community.
Comprehensive Mentoring Programmes for Students In 2024, more than 500 students participated in various mentoring programmes organized by Universitas Sumatera Utara.
